Working woman age 42, trying to deal with empty nest syndrome. We have 2 children a 23 year old son, an 19 year old daughter and grandparents to a beautiful little girl named Makyla who is 5 but acts 7 (she can do no wrong in Grandma's eyes aka GiGi thats what her and my niece both call me). Have 2 Minature Pinchers who rule our house. So needless to say I looking for my niche in life after children. I want to travel the world (I have lived a very sheltered life in my part of Nevada). Married to a good guy for about 16 years but together for 22 years. updated 1/02/07 My empty nest is not what my problems are anymore, nope it would be having grown children and a little thing called "free will". Which as a parent I can tell you SUCKS!!! Welcome to my nightmare.

Word verification isn't so bad...
I switched to haloscan for commenting a while back and dont have to use the verification and haven't had any spam problems, but I lost all of my earlier comments :(
Anything is better than getting those silly, irritating comments that mean nothing... and how disappointing is it to think "yay, I have a comment" just to find that crap :)
I love word verification, some of the words are super cool. Anyhow, are you freezing? How are you doing? I am busier than a one legged man in a butt kicking contest, but then, you knew that. I really need to get a NEW life, one with MUCH less stress......
It sure is keeping the Diaper King away, woohoooo.....
